As part of its efforts to enhance refereeing skills and increase awareness among players, coaching, and administrative staff, the UAE Pro League organized a specialized refereeing workshop at Baniyas Club.

The workshop was led by “Lee Probert,” Head of the Referees Department, with the participation of Ahmed Yaqub, Head of Instructors and Referee Assessors at the UAE Football Association. All first-team players, as well as the coaching and administrative staff, attended the session, which covered the latest refereeing regulations and how to approach match situations from a refereeing perspective.

This initiative reflects the UAE Pro League’s commitment to improving refereeing knowledge among players and staff, contributing to better performance on the field and raising the level of professionalism in the UAE football league.
