Today evening was held the introductory press conference for the Baniyas match against Al Jazira for the second leg of the first round of the ADIB Cup, in the presence of coach Darko Milanic and player Ahmed Shehde.

The coach explained that we are now entering the second half of the tournament after we finished the first half with a draw against a good and strong team. We scored goals and were able to return to the match after falling behind in the result. Therefore, we have hope and determination to achieve a positive result and advance to the next round.

He continued: "We must give everything we have to win this match, whether in regular time or in penalty kicks."

The coach concluded: “We must limit the danger of the Al-Jazira team and be able to control the course of the match so that we can come up with a good result that gives us the qualification card.”

The player Ahmed Shehda also spoke and confirmed that it will not be an easy match. We know the difficulty of the match against the Al-Jazira team, which has high-level players who pose a lot of danger at the level of all lines.”

Shehdeh continued: “We are ready for this match and we will try to pose a threat to Al Jazira’s goal and be able to achieve the victory that will give us the qualification card for the next round.”
