Baniyas Club signed a contract with Argentine playmaker Joan “Pepe” Boza, coming from the Romanian club Craiova, to join the first football team.

The 28-year-old Argentine has distinguished numbers, as he played 27 matches with his Romanian team, Craiova, contributing to 14 goals, scoring 8 and making 6. He was also in the ideal squad 7 times during the season.
