Baniyas Football Club Company has announced the signing of Uzbekistan international midfielder Aziz Ganiev, as part of the Club’s efforts to strengthen the first-team squad for the upcoming period.

The contract was signed in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Al Jabri, Member of the Board of Directors of Baniyas Football Club Company, who welcomed Ganiev to the Club and wished him every success in his new chapter with the Sky Blues.

Ganiev brings considerable experience and technical quality to the Baniyas midfield, having established himself in UAE football through his previous experience in the ADNOC Pro League, in addition to representing the Uzbekistan national team at international level.

The midfielder previously represented Shabab Al Ahli, where he contributed to several domestic achievements, including winning the 2025-26 ADNOC Pro League title, adding valuable experience and quality to the Baniyas squad.
