Baniyas First Team fell to a 1–0 defeat against Ajman in the match held this evening at Baniyas Stadium in Al Shamkha, as part of Matchweek 5 of the ADNOC Pro League.

The match witnessed a balanced performance from both sides, with attempts exchanged throughout the two halves without any goals being scored. Ajman managed to break the deadlock in stoppage time, converting a penalty in the 90+2 minute to secure the winning goal.

Baniyas pushed forward in the final moments in an effort to equalize, however, the team was unable to capitalize before the final whistle, ending the match with a narrow defeat.

The team will now resume preparations for the upcoming fixtures in the ADNOC Pro League, with the objective of returning to positive results in the upcoming rounds.
